Matt McCubbins represents individuals who have suffered serious injuries. He also represents the loved ones and those handling the affairs of people who have died as a result of negligent events.
Matt accepts cases in the areas of serious personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, premises injuries, and products that caused harm.
Matt received his J.D., cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, graduating in the top 15% of his class. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Bellarmine University, where he was a member of the baseball team. Matt is an alumnus of St. Xavier High School (Louisville). After graduating from law school, Matt served for one year as the Law Clerk to a Commonwealth of Kentucky Trial Court Judge.
Matt McCubbins is admitted to the practice of law in Kentucky and Indiana. He is also admitted to the Federal Courts in the Western District of Kentucky and the Southern District of Indiana.
